The seminar room is primarily a venue for pre booked online workshops, mentoring sessions for individuals or groups, training sessions and to view Map You presentations. A calendar of public or industry seminars will be displayed in the Event Calendar located on the far right side of this page as they become available.
For all of the Presentations listed below there is a $10 AU fee for individuals or $50 AU fee for groups to view the presentation that will be refunded upon sign up to the Map You Course or one of the Map You Consulting Packages. Presentations are scheduled once bookings are received or for industry groups as required.

This Webinar is designed for community groups, of any cultural background. The Map You program can be applied by community groups to create new opportunities or revive existing ones. As an example there are often many different stakeholders of communities and Map You can be applied to create collaborative enterprises, events or festivals. This process will strengthen and ultimately sustain the community by opening it up to new ways of utilising community cultural and social capital, for example, by establishing a community creative capital bank. |

This Webinar is tailored to show how the Map You program can be utilised by local or national parks to grow or expand their existing programs or identify and create new opportunities – such as engaging local communities in the development of parks. This will create more revenue for the parks and the community. Such as establishing new cultural trails and utilising the community cultural and social capital to create new programs. Or by establishing a parks volunteer group for specific programs such as recruiting the ‘old timers’ to share their historical stories of the park, through collaboration with other community organisations, schools and industry. |
